SA’ADU ZUNGUR UNIVERSITY, GADAU (SAZUG) RELEASES THIRD BATCH ADMISSION LIST FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Sa’adu Zungur University, Gadau (SAZUG), Bauchi State, has officially released the Third Batch Admission List for candidates offered provisional admission into the University’s undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Candidates whose names appear on the newly released admission list are advised to proceed with the required admission formalities and participate in the scheduled physical screening exercise.

Physical Screening Schedule

The University has announced that the physical screening exercise for newly admitted candidates will commence on:

• Start Date: Monday, 28th September, 2026
• Closing Date: Friday, 9th October, 2026

All admitted candidates are expected to report to the respective campuses where their programmes are domiciled for the screening exercise.

How to Check the Admission List

Candidates can check their admission status through any of the following admission lists released by the University:

• Third Batch Admission List
• Second Batch Admission List
• Merit Admission List

Candidates whose names appear on the third batch list are advised to proceed with the screening exercise within the stipulated period.

Requirements for Physical Screening

All shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the screening exercise with both the originals and photocopies of the following documents:

• Computer printout of SSCE (O’Level) Result
• JAMB Result Slip
• Online Screening Form
• One Recent Passport Photograph
• Scratch Card for verification of O’Level result

Candidates are advised to ensure that all documents are complete before reporting for screening.

Upload O’Level Results on JAMB CAPS

The University emphasized that candidates must upload their O’Level results on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) through any accredited JAMB CBT Centre before attending the physical screening exercise.

Failure to upload the required O’Level results on JAMB CAPS may delay or prevent the processing of admission.

Accept Admission on JAMB CAPS

Candidates are further advised to revisit the JAMB portal two to three days after successfully completing the physical screening to:

• Accept their admission offer.
• Print their JAMB Admission Letter.

The University noted that only candidates who accept their admission on JAMB CAPS will be able to access and complete their admission process on the Sa’adu Zungur University admission portal.

Important Notice

All admitted candidates are strongly advised to attend the physical screening within the approved period, as candidates who fail to complete the exercise before Friday, 9th October, 2026, may forfeit their admission.
