- A Minimum aggregate of (08) Eight Points in NCE/LIMB and a Merit in Diploma, Five (5) ‘O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics

NATIONAL ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL, IGBOBI RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Candidates into Full Time programmes of the College of Nursing Sciences (CONS) and the Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology (FECOT) as follows:
- 4 Years ND-HND in Nursing Sciences (non-terminal programme)
- 2 Years ND in Orthopaedic Cast Technology (OCT)/Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology (POT)
- 2 Years HND in Orthopaedic Cast Technology/Prosthetics and Orthotics Technology
- 5 Years B. TECH. Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (In Affiliation with Federal University of Technology Owerri).
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
(i) Candidates must possess a minimum of Five (5) O’ Level Credit Passes (WASSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB) which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two(2) sittings.
(ii) The minimum UTME Scores for the respective FECOT Diploma (OCT & POT) Programmes (180), CONS Programme (190) and B.TECH. Degree Programme (200)
(iii) FECOT HND (OCT & POT) Programmes, candidates must have a National Diploma (minimum of lower credit) for the relevant Programme (POT/OCT) and evidence of a one-year Industrial Attachment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
(i) Candidates must not be less than 16
(ii) Birth certificate or Sworn Affidavit of date of birth
(iii) JAMB UTME Print out and result slip,
(iv) One recent Passport photograph on a white background

Interested candidates are to make a non-refundable registration fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (20,000) only and submit a print out of the application form and necessary attachments to the corresponding school latest by 15th September, 2025. LAGOS CITY POLYTECHNIC (LCP) RELEASES UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
We are pleased to inform the general public that admissions into Lagos City Polytechnic (LCP) for the 2025/2026 academic session have officially commenced. Applications are now open to suitably qualified candidates seeking to pursue National Diploma (ND) and other programmes at one of Nigeria’s leading private polytechnics.
Admission into Full-Time ND Programmes
- Candidates interested in full-time National Diploma (ND) programmes must apply through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). If you participated in the 2025 UTME but did not select Lagos City Polytechnic as one of your choices, you can still apply. Simply visit the Admissions Office at LCP to update your information and receive guidance on the next steps.
Changing Your Institution to Lagos City Polytechnic
Didn’t choose LCP as your first choice during JAMB registration? No problem! Here’s what to do:
1. Visit any JAMB-accredited CBT centre.
2. Change your first-choice institution to Lagos City Polytechnic.
3. Print out your JAMB result and Change of Institution slip.
4. Proceed to the Polytechnic campus to begin your admission process.
Admission for Part-Time and Non-JAMB Candidates
If you did not take the UTME or prefer to study part-time, you can apply directly for Lagos City Polytechnic’s part-time programmes. Begin your application online or at the campus, print out the confirmation slip, and head to the Polytechnic for further processing.
Admission & Registration Process for Fresh Students
To ensure a smooth application experience, follow these steps carefully:
1. Obtain a Teller from the Admissions or Enquiries Officer to pay the application fee at the designated bank.
2. Present your teller at the Bursary and receive the Application Form.
3. Submit your filled Application Form to the Admissions Officer, who will guide you on required documents and the application process.
4. Schedule and write the Post-UTME test.
5. Based on your performance, collect your Admission Letter.
6. Pay the non-refundable Acceptance Fee and other necessary fees at the Bursary.
7. Proceed to the designated medical centre for a mandatory medical test.
8. With your Admission Letter, visit the MIS (Management Information System) unit for payment directives.
9. After payment, collect and fill your Registration Forms as instructed.
10. Submit completed forms along with medical test results and verification cards for O’Level result verification.
11. Collect your MIS Form with your matriculation number.
12. Register your courses at the MIS office.
13. Get your course registration form endorsed by your Head of Department and School Director.
14. Submit all payment receipts and registration forms to the Bursary for final documentation and examination eligibility.

100- Level Admission Requirements
- Candidates applying for the 100-Level Undergraduate Programme at KolaDaisi University, Ibadan must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ Level Credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent. Candidates awaiting results may apply.
- All applicants are required to have sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and met the required National Cut-Off score.
- Applicants are to complete the on-line application form CLICK HERE. Form can be completed only after the payment of N10,000 application form.
- Applicants will be required to participate in the KolaDaisi University, Ibadan, Screening Exercise.
- Candidates wishing to change their choice of institution to KolaDaisi University, Ibadan, are required to:
- apply for change of institution through JAMB (visit JAMB website for details);
- complete the KolaDaisi University Online Application Form; and
- participate in the KolaDaisi University, Ibadan, Screening Exercise.

Direct Entry Admission Requirements
- Candidates must have at least two A’ Level passes in the relevant subjects in the Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB), Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) or Cambridge moderated School of Basic Studies.

REMEDIAL PROGRAMME
- The programme is open to candidates with credits in the five relevant subjects or to those who have deficiencies in not more than two of the five required subjects.
- Apart from English Language and Mathematics, the three other subjects offered in the programme must be in line with the UTME requirements for admission into Nigerian Universities.
- Candidates will receive coaching in these five subjects to enable good performance in JAMB and O’ Level examinations for candidates with deficient grades.
- Successful candidates will be admitted into the 100 Level in any of the relevant programmes of the University.

BOWEN UNIVERSITY, IWO RELEASES POST UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
Bowen University Post-UTME screening eligibility and registration procedure for the 2025/2026 has been published. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to BOWEN UNIVERSITY degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
To be considered for admission into Bowen University, candidates must meet certain requirements. For undergraduate programs, candidates must have five credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, in their Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent. Candidates must also score the minimum cut-off mark in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and meet other criteria for each program specified by the university.
In addition to meeting the general admission requirements, candidates for each program would be required to take additional tests or interviews. For example, candidates for Law may be required to take a Law Aptitude Test, while candidates for Medicine may be required to take a Medical Screening Test. These additional tests or interviews are designed to assess the candidate’s suitability for the specific program.

- Current Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination (UTME) Result
- Five O’ Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and IGCSE) Credit Passes at one sitting to include English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English, and any other 2 Social Sciences or Arts Subjects are required for admission into College of Law.
- Five O’ Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and IGCSE) Credit Passes at one sitting to include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology are required for admission into the MBBS Programme.
- Other Programmes: Five O’ Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB and IGCSE) Credit Passes at not more than two sittings to include English Language, Mathematics and three (3) other subjects relevant to course of study.
- Results of PAST Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examinations (UTME) are not allowed.
- Candidates awaiting SSCE results or its equivalent can also apply for admission provided they qualify when results are available.

PART D
MODE OF APPLICATION FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES
1.0 PURCHASE OF ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM
Candidates who chose ABUAD in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are to pay the sum of N2,000 for Admission Application Form and N5,000 as Screening Fee while Direct Entry and Inter-University Transfer Application Forms is N10,500 each which are to be paid online.
2.0 CHANGE OF INSTITUTION
2.1 Candidates who did not choose Afe Babalola University (ABUAD) in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are also qualified to participate in the Post-UTME screening by purchasing a change of institution Form from the University at a cost of N3,500 which is in addition to the N2,000 for Admission Application Form and N5000 as Screening Fee from any of the under-listed banks. Please note that a Change of Institution Form from JAMB is also a requirement.
