KOGI STATE UNIVERSITY, KABBA (KSUK) RELEASES ADMISSION LIST ON JAMB CAPS FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Kogi State University, Kabba (KSUK) has commenced the release of its 2026/2027 undergraduate admission list through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

Candidates who participated in the University’s admission screening exercise are advised to immediately check their admission status on the JAMB CAPS portal to know whether they have been offered provisional admission into their chosen programmes.

The admission exercise is being released in batches; therefore, candidates whose admission status has not yet been updated are encouraged to continue checking the portal regularly.

How to Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Candidates can check their admission status by following these steps:

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal.
2. Log in using your registered email address and password.
3. Click on “Check Admission Status.”
4. Select “Access My CAPS.”
5. Click on “Admission Status” to view your admission offer.

Candidates who have been offered admission should click “Accept” to confirm the admission or “Reject” if they do not wish to accept the offer. Accepting the admission on JAMB CAPS is necessary before candidates can proceed with other registration processes.

What Admitted Candidates Should Do Next

Successful candidates are advised to:

• Accept their admission on JAMB CAPS.
• Print their JAMB Admission Letter after accepting the admission.
• Print their Original JAMB Result Slip.
• Monitor the University’s official portal for further registration, screening, acceptance fee payment, and clearance guidelines.
• Ensure their O’Level results have been properly uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal if they have not already done so.

Candidates whose status still displays “Admission in Progress” or “Not Admitted” should not panic, as the University is expected to continue uploading additional batches of admitted candidates as the admission exercise progresses.
