KADUNA POLYTECHNIC (KADPOLY) RELEASES ND/HND ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Kaduna Polytechnic has announced the commencement of the sale of application forms for admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) Regular Programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

According to the Polytechnic, the online application portal is now open for suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into its various academic programmes across different colleges.

Admission Requirements

For admission into the HND programmes, applicants must possess:

• A National Diploma (ND) or National Innovation Diploma (NID) in the relevant discipline.
• At least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, or satisfy the institution’s Pre-ND requirements.

In addition:

• Candidates with ND Lower Credit and above must have at least nine (9) months of relevant post-qualification industrial work experience.
• Candidates with an ND Pass are required to possess 18 months of relevant industrial experience.

The Polytechnic noted that some programmes, including Mineral and Petroleum Resources Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Human Resource Management, and Production and Operations Management, have additional admission requirements.

Qualified ND/NI Direct Entry candidates may also be considered for admission into Pre-HND programmes where applicable.

Applicants should follow the instructions on the portal and make payment through the Remita platform to access and complete the online application form.

Application Deadline

The Polytechnic announced that the sale of application forms will close four (4) weeks from the date of publication.

Prospective applicants are advised to complete their applications well before the deadline to avoid last-minute challenges.
