BAYERO UNIVERSITY, KANO (BUK) EXTENDS POST-UTME APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the general public, particularly prospective students of Bayero University, Kano (BUK), that the university management has officially approved the extension of the ongoing 2025 Post-UTME online screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. Initially slated to close earlier, the registration portal will now remain open until Sunday, 7th September, 2025.

This extension was granted to provide a final opportunity for candidates who have not yet completed their online screening process. It is intended to accommodate those who may have faced challenges such as technical issues, incomplete documentation, or delays in accessing the portal. The management understands that certain unforeseen circumstances might have hindered some candidates and has decided to offer this short window to ensure inclusiveness and fairness.

All candidates who selected Bayero University, Kano as their first choice in the 2025 UTME and have met the required cut-off marks are advised to take full advantage of this extension to complete their Post-UTME screening registration. Candidates are reminded that this is the final extension and that the portal will be permanently closed after the deadline.

To avoid last-minute pressure and possible network congestion, candidates are encouraged to complete their registration as early as possible. The university will not entertain any excuses once the portal is closed.
