The School of Audiology, National Ear Care Centre (NECC), Kaduna, has officially commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its Diploma in Audiology Technician programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for the two-year diploma programme designed to train competent Audiology Technicians with the knowledge and practical skills required for hearing assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation.

Programme Duration

The Diploma in Audiology Technician programme runs for 24 calendar months (2 years).

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of five (5) credit passes in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent.
• The credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
• The required subjects include:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Biology
  • Physics
  • One other relevant science subject

Candidates may combine results from two different examination bodies, provided they satisfy the admission requirements.

Selection Process

Admission into the programme will be based on:

• Academic qualifications
• Performance in the entrance examination
• Oral interview

The entrance examination and interview will be conducted at the National Ear Care Centre, Kaduna. The date for the exercise will be announced by the College in due course.

Only candidates who successfully pass the entrance examination and interview will be offered admission.

Method of Application

Interested applicants should follow the steps below:

1. Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) in favour of the National Ear Care Centre, Kaduna.
2. Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 at any commercial bank.
3. Present the RRR payment receipt at the School Accounts Office to obtain an official cash receipt.
4. Submit the official receipt at the Coordinator’s Office to collect the application form.
5. Complete the application form and return it to the Coordinator’s Office together with photocopies of all required credentials.

• Closing Date: 30th September, 2026
