USMANU DANFODIYO UNIVERSITY, SOKOTO (UDUSOK) RELEASES ADMISSION LIST ON JAMB CAPS FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUSOK) has commenced offering admission to candidates who applied for admission into the University for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the University, admission offers are currently being uploaded on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) for candidates who selected UDUSOK as their first-choice institution during the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have successfully uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB portal.

Candidates who meet these requirements are advised to proceed to check their admission status on the JAMB CAPS portal.

How to Check UDUSOK Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Candidates can check their admission status by following the steps below:

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility Portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Log in using your registered email address and password.
3. Click on “Check Admission Status.”
4. Select “Access My CAPS.”
5. Click on “Admission Status” to view your admission status.

Accept or Reject Admission

Candidates who have been offered admission are advised to either accept or reject the admission offer on JAMB CAPS.

They are also required to confirm their decision by sending either:

• ACCEPT, or
• REJECT

to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.

Candidates Yet to Be Admitted

Candidates whose admission status is displayed as “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted” should not panic.

The University advised such candidates to continue checking the JAMB CAPS regularly, as admission processing is ongoing and their status may change as more admission lists are released.

Important Notice

Candidates are reminded that uploading their O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS is a mandatory requirement for admission processing. Failure to upload the required results may prevent JAMB from approving the admission offer.

Successful candidates are also advised to keep monitoring both the JAMB CAPS portal and the University’s official communication channels for further instructions regarding acceptance, registration, and clearance procedures.
