COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY, TSAFE RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the college community and the general public that online sales of application form into various programmes of the College of Health Technology, Tsafe, Zamfara State for the 2025/2026 Academic Session has commenced.

Interested applicants are to fill the online application form:

Applicants must possess 5 Credit passes at not more than two sittings in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. However, applicants applying for all programmes, minimum JAMB cut-off marks should be 100, Except SCHOOL OF MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY, SCHOOL OF PHARMACY and SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH SCIENCES, which requires a minimum of JAMB cut-off marks of 110. Applicants should visit the college APPLICATION PORTAL  for application guidelines.

Similarly, the sales of Application form is at the cost of Six Thousand Naira only N6000 Application closes Friday 24th September, 2025.

NOTE:

• Read the admission requirement before completing the application form

• Candidates who have not initially chosen the CHST Tsafe for the above mention programmes as their first choice can obtain GREEN CARD and make an appropriate changes before the deadline of admission screening
