Modibbo Adama University (MAU), Yola, has officially released a comprehensive timetable for the distribution of institutional admission letters for candidates admitted into the 2025/2026 academic session. The announcement, issued by the Office of the Registrar, provides a structured schedule covering all faculties, departments, and programmes under both the UTME and Direct Entry (DE) categories.

According to the Registrar, the distribution will take place at the University Admission Office, and each faculty has been assigned a specific date to ensure an orderly and stress-free process. Newly admitted students have been strongly advised to strictly adhere to their scheduled dates to avoid unnecessary crowding, delays, or missed opportunities.

Start of the Distribution Exercise

The distribution exercise is set to commence on Monday, 1st December 2025, beginning with the Faculty of Agriculture. This opening day will accommodate students admitted into all agricultural programmes, which include:

  • Agricultural Economics

  • Animal Science

  • Fisheries

  • Soil Science

These programmes form the foundation of the university’s long-standing commitment to agricultural development and innovation. Students under this faculty are expected to be present early and come prepared with the necessary identification documents.

Faculty Schedules Across the Institution

The distribution continues the following day with the Faculty of Environmental Sciences. Departments slated for this day include:

  • Urban & Regional Planning

These programmes are highly practical and field-based, and the faculty remains one of the university’s most sought-after academic units. Candidates are encouraged to arrive on time as several departments fall under this date.
