The management of Kaduna State University (KASU) has announced the reopening of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME application portal to give eligible candidates who were unable to complete the screening process another opportunity to apply for admission.

According to the University, the online Post-UTME screening portal will be reopened from Wednesday, 22nd July to Wednesday, 29th July, 2026.

Final Opportunity for Eligible Candidates

KASU explained that the reopening of the portal is intended to accommodate prospective candidates who, for one reason or another, were unable to participate in the earlier Post-UTME screening exercise.

The University described the exercise as a final opportunity, urging all eligible candidates to make use of the grace period to complete their online screening before the deadline.

No Further Extension

The management emphasized that there will be no further extension or reopening of the Post-UTME portal after the current window closes.

According to the University, this decision is necessary due to admission processing timelines and other technical requirements associated with the 2026/2027 admission exercise.

Candidates who fail to complete their screening within the stipulated period may lose the opportunity to be considered for admission.

Advice to Applicants

All prospective candidates are advised to:

• Complete their online Post-UTME screening before Wednesday, 29th July, 2026.
• Ensure all required information and credentials are correctly uploaded.
• Verify that their O’Level results have been uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal where necessary.
• Follow all application guidelines provided by the University.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to take advantage of this final grace period, as no additional opportunity will be provided after the deadline.
