The College of Nursing Sciences, University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Benin City, in affiliation with the University of Benin (UNIBEN), has commenced the sale of admission forms for its Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) Degree Programme for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

Interested and qualified candidates are invited to apply for admission into the 5-year Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) programme.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission, candidates must:

• Be at least 17 years old.
• Have chosen the College of Nursing Sciences, UBTH as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME, or visit any JAMB-accredited CBT Centre to process a change of institution.
• Score a minimum of 200 in the 2026 UTME.
• Possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes obtained in WAEC, NECO, or GCE O’Level in not more than two sittings.
• The required subjects include:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology

Required Documents

Applicants are required to upload clear scanned copies of the following documents during registration:

• JAMB Result Slip
• JAMB Change of Institution Slip (where applicable)
• O’Level Result(s)
• Birth Certificate
• Recent Passport Photograph
• Evidence of uploading O’Level result to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS)

Note: Only original and clearly scanned documents will be accepted.

Application Fee

• Application Fee: ₦2,000 only.
• Bank charges, logistics, and portal charges are excluded.

After Admission
