COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, MAIDUGURI RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the general public, especially prospective applicants that the sale of admission forms into College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri, for the following programs will be commencing on Monday 8th June, 2026.

​National Diploma in Nursing – ND Nursing

With JAMB Cut-off Point: 170 and above

​Community Nursing Programme

JAMB Cut-off Point: 150 and above

​ELIGIBILITY

Candidates must have chosen College of Nursing Sciences Maiduguri as the first choice in the 2026 UTME/JAMB and must meet the cut-off marks stated above. Additional entry requirements, including O’ Level credits in English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, in not more than two (2) sittings. Obtaining these credits is acceptable in one of the examination bodies below or a combination of two of them

​WAEC and WAEC, 2. WAEC and NECO, 3. NECO and NECO, 4 NABTEB and NABTEB, 7. National Board for Arabic and Islamic studies (NBAIS) as stipulated by the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

​METHOD OF APPLICATION: Payment of nonrefundable fee of ten thousand naira (N10, 000) into the college account via REMITA

​Beware of fraudsters. Payments should only be made through approved channels as stated by the college.

​After successful completion of the application process. Candidates are advised to come and obtain their examination cards from 3rd August 2026.

​NB: candidate with awaiting results are not eligible and no candidate would be allowed into the exam hall without examination card
