COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, ​FEDERAL NEURO-PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL, BENIN CITY RELEASES ND/MENTAL HEALTH & PSYCHIATRIC NURSING ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the general public especially prospective students that the sales of Admission form into National Diploma in Nursing and Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing into the College of Nursing Sciences, ​Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City, Edo State for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

​1. National Diploma (ND) in Nursing

​Prospective candidates should possess the following:

​JAMB result 2026

​16 years and above as at the time of admission.

​SSCE, NECO, & GCE O’Level Certificate with at least 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than 2 sittings.

​NABTEB Certificate (must not be combined with WAEC, NECO & GCE).

​2 Recent Passport Photographs.

​2. Mental Health/Psychiatric Nursing

​Prospective candidates must possess the following:

​Registered Nurse (RN) with a current practicing License of NMCN.

​At least one year and above post-graduation experience as a Registered Nurse.

​SSCE, NECO, & GCE O’Level Certificate with at least 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than 2 sittings.

​NABTEB Certificate (must not be combined with WAEC, NECO & GCE).

​NYSC Certificate for BNSC Graduate Nurses.

HOW TO APPLY

​Location: Visit the College of Nursing Administration office at Uselu to obtain the Admission Form.

​Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₦20,000 is required, payable to: FNPH revenue.

​Submission: After making the payment, a handwritten application should be addressed to the Ag. Provost, Cons, FNPH.
