The Management and Staff of the Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences (BYSCONS), Tombia-Ekpetiama, have officially announced the institution’s Maiden Matriculation Ceremony for students admitted into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes.
