ARRIVAL OF STUDENTS ON CAMPUS
Under the revised schedule, all fresh and returning students are expected to arrive on campus from Saturday, November 7, to Sunday, November 8, 2026. The early arrival window is meant to give students enough time to check into their respective halls of residence before the commencement of academic activities.
COMMENCEMENT OF LECTURES
The memo also directed that all lecturers should commence lectures immediately upon resumption on Monday, November 9, 2026. This means that academic activities are expected to begin without delay once the university officially resumes.

The Registrar closed the memo by asking everyone to be guided accordingly and expressed regret over any inconvenience the extension may cause.
WHAT STUDENTS SHOULD DO
Students of AE-FUNAI are advised to adjust their travel plans in line with the new dates and prepare to arrive on campus between November 7 and 8, 2026. Returning students should also begin preparing early for the inception quiz, which is expected to hold two weeks after lectures begin.
