This is to inform the general public, especially prospective students of Archbishop Charles Heerey Memorial College of Nursing Sciences, Aba, that the sale of Post-UTME forms for the 2026/2027 academic session has officially been announced. The college, owned by the Congregation of Sisters of Immaculate Heart of Mary, Mother of Christ, is inviting qualified candidates to apply for its various nursing and health programs including RN, RM, PHN, and HND.

​The institution remains committed to its motto of training in innovation for quality healthcare services, providing a serene and academically rigorous environment for aspiring health professionals in Abia State.

​Eligibility Requirements

​To qualify for the screening exercise, applicants must meet the following stringent academic and regulatory standards:

​JAMB Performance: Candidates must have participated in the 2026 JAMB Examination and achieved a minimum score of 100 marks.

​Subject Combination: The UTME subject combination must strictly include English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

​Institutional Choice: Candidates must have selected the college as their first or second choice of institution during the JAMB registration.

​O’Level Qualifications: Applicants must possess credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. These must be obtained in no more than two sittings via WASSCE, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or their equivalent.

​Application Process

​The application portal will officially open for submissions starting from Monday, April 27th, 2026. Interested candidates are to follow these steps:

​Account Creation: Click on the “Apply Now” button to create a user account. An access code will be sent to your registered email address.

​Registration: Use the provided access code to log in and complete the registration form with your biodata and academic details.

​Payment: The Post-UTME form fee is N25,000. All payments must be made strictly online through the portal.

​Final Submission: Ensure all information is cross-checked before final submission to avoid disqualification.
