APEX COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES, IGBO-UKWU RELEASES ND/HND NURSING ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes at Apex College of Nursing Sciences, Igbo-Ukwu, Anambra State for the 2026/2027 academic session.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
Academic Qualifications: Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in either WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. The required subjects are English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
UTME Score: A minimum score of 150 and above in the 2026 UTME.
Institutional Choice: Applicants must have selected Apex College of Nursing Sciences as their first choice in the 2026 JAMB UTME, or MUST complete a change of institution/course via JAMB to make the college their first choice.
Age Requirement: Applicants MUST NOT be less than 17 years of age at the time of application.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Visit the Admission Office at Apex College of Nursing Sciences, Igbo-Ukwu, Anambra State to purchase the application form.
Pay a non-refundable application fee of Twenty-One Thousand Naira (N21,000) into the College’s official bank account:

Submit the completed form to the college’s admission office along with the following required documents:
Evidence of payment (Bank teller/receipt)
JAMB Result Slip

O’Level Results
Two (2) passport photographs on a white background
