FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC, UGEP RELEASES ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform the general public that the registration for 2025/2026 Academic Session Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) of Federal Polytechnic Ugep has commenced and will end on Monday 14th July, 2025 to Tuesday, 30th September, 2025.

SECTION A: Full Time

· ND Computer Engineering

· ND Computer science

· ND Statistics

· ND Architectural Technology

· ND Civil Engineering

· ND Electrical and Electronic Engineering

· ND Library and Information Science

· ND Accountancy

· ND Business Administration

· ND Hospitality and Tourism

· ND Public Administration

ELIGIBILITY FOR SCREENING

Prospective Candidates must have:

1. Attained the age of 16 years by September 30th 2025.

2. Written the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

3. Score minimum of 100 marks and above

4. Upload his/her O’Level result on JAMB caps

5. Choose Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River state as their first choice

6. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of two thousand naira only(N2000) to Federal Polytechnic Ugep, Cross River State via remittal with a GIFMIS CODE 0517018031 or payment through the Bursary Department of the Institution.

In addition, such candidates must have met the Minimum Admission Requirements of five O’Level Credit in English Language, Mathematics, and the departmental requirements for the intended course of study.

Interested candidates who did not choose the Institution as their first choice can apply on condition that they change to Federal Polytechnic Ugep as their first choice via the jamb portal on or before 30th September, 2025.

SECTION B: Part-Time

We offer part-time courses in the NBTE approved programmes stated in section A above.

ELIGIBILITY

Interested candidates must have met the Minimum Admission Requirements of five O’Level Credit in English Language, Mathematics, and the departmental requirements for the intended course of study.

DURATION:

Part-Time for National Diploma proggrammes are for a period of six (6) semester (three years) as specified by JAMB and NBTE regulation.

C: Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme, Full Time Applications are open for admission into full time Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme for the 2025/2026 Academic session. Interested qualified candidate can visit the institution to obtain the application form at the cost of Seven Thousand Naira only (N7,000).

Candidates must have;

· Five (5) O’Level credit in relevant subjects

· Completed National Diploma

· Completed one-year compulsory Industrial Training
