ALEX EKWUEME FEDERAL UNIVERSITY, NDUFU-ALIKE (AE-FUNAI) RELEASES JUPEB/PRE-DEGREE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Candidates into the Centre for Educational Services, AE-FUNAI for admission into non resident JUPEB and Pre-Degree Programmes of the Alex-Exwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), Ebonyi State.

ELIGIBILITY 

Candidates for the programmes must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in five (5) subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) at a maximum of two sittings, relevant to the candidate’s chosen course of study in the University. Awaiting results candidates are also eligible to apply but such results must be available at the time of screening.

DURATION

The JUPEB programme runs for two (2) semesters within a period of ten (10) calendar months. The Pre-Degree programme also lasts for the same period.

APPLICATION FEE

• Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦15,000) only.

METHOD OF PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register follow the steps outlined below:

Visit the University website at the top click on MENU or QUICKLINKS.

Click on ADMISSIONS.

Click on 2025/2026 Pre-degree & JUPEB Registration.

Click on Generate Application Invoice.

On your Account on the e-Portal, generate your Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR) for payment. Payment can be easily made with your credit card/debit card or at any Nigerian Bank Branch. After successful payment, click on the link to continue your application.

Print out hard copies of your application form for reference purposes.

Application is online only. Server or network failure should not be an excuse for inability to submit your form.

Make a copy of your form by sending an email to yourself. Check your email to confirm the process and your Application number.

GENERAL INFORMATION

a) Applicants for the 2025/2026 JUPEB and Pre-Degree Programmes are advised to check http://www.funai.edu.ng for relevant information.

b) Applicants must provide a recent good passport photograph on the form. The photograph must be on a white background. Candidates are to also note that no application will be accepted without a passport photograph uploaded.

c) The passport photograph must be clear and with the applicant’s full name boldly written on the reverse side.

d) No change of name is entertained once registration is completed.

e) Applicants are hereby advised to use e-mail addresses and personal telephone numbers that are active during and after the admission exercise for easy contact.

f) Candidates are also expected to regularly check their e-mails and FUNAI website for updates.
