This is to inform the general public, particularly all prospective students and admission seekers of Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), that the school management has officially released the approved Departmental Admission Cut-off Marks for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. This announcement comes as a crucial step in the admission process and is intended to guide candidates in determining their eligibility for various courses offered by the university.

The released cut-off marks represent the minimum scores required in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination and other relevant screening processes for candidates to be considered for admission into the respective departments. These cut-off marks have been thoroughly reviewed and approved by the university’s academic board in line with the admission policy for the current session.

All prospective candidates who have applied to Usman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, are hereby advised to carefully check the official list of departmental cut-off marks as released by the institution. The complete breakdown of the cut-off marks for all faculties and departments has been made available on the attached photos. Interested applicants and stakeholders are encouraged to get a copy or access the images to confirm the specific cut-off mark set for their chosen course of study.

It is important for all applicants to take note of their departmental requirements and compare them with their JAMB scores and other academic qualifications. This will help them understand their chances of gaining admission and prepare for any necessary post-UTME or departmental screening processes that may follow.

Candidates who meet or exceed the specified cut-off marks are urged to remain updated on further instructions from the university regarding the next steps in the admission process. This may include physical or online screenings, payment of processing fees, uploading of relevant documents, or any other procedures as directed by the school authority.

The university management wishes all prospective students the very best in their academic pursuits and assures them of a transparent, fair, and merit-based admission process. For more updates and enquiries, candidates are encouraged to frequently visit the university’s official website or admission portal, or reach out to the admissions office for any clarifications.
