• Candidates should ensure their school fees receipts have been verified and converted to official university receipts at the various Faculty Finance Offices.

2. Examination Card Collection

With the new start date of March 2, 2026, students must utilize this period to collect or print their updated examination cards. These cards are mandatory for entry into any examination venue and serve as the primary means of identification.

3. Verification of Venues

Due to the rescheduling, there may be slight adjustments to the venue allocations for specific large-enrollment courses (such as General Studies/GST papers). Students are advised to visit their respective Departmental notice boards to confirm any changes in the seating arrangements.

The memorandum also addresses staff members, particularly invigilators and supervisors. All departmental examination committees are expected to:

• Re-synchronize their internal invigilation rosters with the new start date.
