UNIVERSITY OF ILORIN,{UNILORIN} RUSTICATES FINAL YEAR STUDENT FOR BEATING LECTURER
Sequel to the news of a 400-level student who beat his lecturer to coma.
The institution’s Students’ Disciplinary Committee yesterday, 15th November, 2021 has further taken action has he has been expelled from the university.
The student identified as SALAUDEEN, Waliu Aanuoluwa with the matriculation number 17/55EJ198, popularly known as Captain Walz from the Department of Microbiology, Faculty Of Life Sciences has been expelled from the University, after being called upon by the institution’s Students’ Disciplinary Committee yesterday, 15th November, 2021 and has been handed over to the Police for further actions.
The student who reportedly didn’t observe the compulsory Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and sought the lecturer’s help allegedly assaulted a female lecturer at the University of Ilorin, Department of Microbiology on Thursday, 11th November 2021.
