OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY (OAU) EXTENDS JUPEB AND PRE-DEGREE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) has announced an extension of the application deadline for admission into its JUPEB and Pre-Degree programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

According to the university, the application portal, which was earlier scheduled to close before the end of September, will now remain open until Saturday, October 31, 2026, giving interested candidates additional time to complete their applications.

The extension provides another opportunity for prospective applicants who are yet to begin or complete the admission process to secure admission into the university’s foundation programmes.

The JUPEB and Pre-Degree programmes are designed to prepare candidates for admission into the 200 Level and 100 Level respectively at Obafemi Awolowo University and other participating institutions, subject to meeting the admission requirements.
