FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF LAFIA (FULAFIA) BEGINS UPLOADING NAMES ON JAMB CAPS FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA), Nasarawa State, has reportedly commenced uploading candidates’ names to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s Central Admissions Processing System (JAMB CAPS) for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The development is relevant to candidates who applied for admission into the university and participated in the required screening process. Applicants are advised to check their JAMB CAPS accounts regularly for updates on their admission status.

However, candidates should note that admission updates may be uploaded in batches, meaning that not all applicants will receive updates at the same time.

How to Check FULAFIA Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Candidates can follow the steps below to check their admission status:

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal.
2. Log in using the email address and password associated with their JAMB profile.
3. Navigate to the admission status section or select the CAPS option.
4. Click on Access my CAPS.
5. Select Admission Status to view the current status of your application.
6. If an admission offer appears, carefully review the details and follow the instructions to accept or reject the offer.

If CAPS does not display correctly on a mobile phone, candidates can try accessing the portal using a computer or enabling desktop mode in their mobile browser.

What FULAFIA Candidates Should Do

Candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Lafia for the 2026/2027 academic session should take the following steps:

• Check JAMB CAPS regularly: Admission decisions may appear at different times.
• Confirm O’Level result uploads: Ensure that the required results have been uploaded correctly to JAMB.
• Monitor the university’s official portal: Check for screening updates and other admission instructions.
• Review admission details carefully: Confirm the course and other details before accepting an offer.
• Be patient while awaiting updates: A “Not Admitted” status does not automatically mean that an application has been rejected.

Candidates should also avoid paying unofficial agents who claim they can secure admission or influence the admission process.

Is the FULAFIA 2026/2027 Admission List Out?

The reported commencement of uploads on JAMB CAPS does not necessarily mean that the full FULAFIA admission list has been released.

Candidates should check their individual admission status through JAMB CAPS and follow announcements from the university for confirmation of subsequent admission batches.

Conclusion

Candidates who applied to the Federal University of Lafia for the 2026/2027 academic session are encouraged to monitor JAMB CAPS and the university’s official communication channels for admission updates.

They should ensure that their admission requirements are complete and follow all instructions provided by JAMB and the university.

Important: The reported commencement of FULAFIA’s 2026/2027 JAMB CAPS uploads has not been independently confirmed by an official university announcement. Candidates should verify their admission status directly through JAMB and FULAFIA’s official channels.
