EDO STATE UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCES ONLINE POST-UTME SCREENING TEST FOR MEDICINE, NURSING AND LAW CANDIDATES FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The management of Edo State University, Iyamho has announced the schedule for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening test for candidates seeking admission into the Medicine and Surgery, Nursing Science, and Law programmes.
According to the university, the screening exercise will be conducted online through WEBTEST, a cloud-based examination platform designed to enable candidates take the screening test remotely.
The university urged all eligible applicants to take note of the screening schedule and ensure they are adequately prepared ahead of the examination.
Post-UTME Screening Schedule
The screening exercise has been scheduled as follows:
- Mock Test: Tuesday, 8th September and Wednesday, 9th September, 2026
- Main Post-UTME Screening Test: Tuesday, 15th September, 2026
The mock test is intended to help candidates become familiar with the online examination platform before the main screening exercise.
Requirements for the Online Screening
Candidates are expected to have the following before participating in the screening exercise:
- A reliable internet connection
- A laptop or desktop computer
- A quiet and conducive environment suitable for taking the examination
The university strongly encourages every candidate to participate in the mock test to avoid technical difficulties during the main examination.
Access to the WEBTEST Platform
Details regarding payment procedures and instructions on how to access the WEBTEST platform will be communicated to applicants through their application portal and the email address used during registration.
