LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (LAUTECH) EXTENDS POST-UTME APPLICATION DEADLINE, ANNOUNCES DIRECT ENTRY INTERVIEW SCHEDULE FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, has announced an extension of the deadline for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening application and released the schedule for the Direct Entry (DE) interview.
According to the university, the extension is to give prospective candidates who are yet to complete their applications additional time to participate in the ongoing admission exercise.
POST-UTME APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED
The university has extended the deadline for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening application to:
- Wednesday, 9th September, 2026 (11:59 p.m.)
Candidates who have not completed their registration are advised to take advantage of the extension and submit their applications before the new deadline.
NOTICE TO AWAITING RESULT CANDIDATES
Candidates who applied with awaiting O’Level results are required to upload their results to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) on or before:
- Tuesday, 15th September, 2026
Failure to upload the required results within the stipulated period may affect candidates’ chances of being considered for admission.
DIRECT ENTRY INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
All Direct Entry (DE) candidates who applied for admission into Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) are hereby informed that the written and oral interviews have been scheduled as follows:
- Dates: Thursday, 10th September and Friday, 11th September, 2026
- Time: 10:00 a.m.
- Venue: The Hall, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso
Attendance at the interview is compulsory for all Direct Entry applicants.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The university emphasized that failure to attend the interview on the scheduled date will result in automatic disqualification from the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
Candidates are therefore advised to make adequate preparations and arrive at the venue on time.
WARNING TO APPLICANTS
The management warned candidates against providing false information during the admission process, stating that any candidate found guilty will have his or her admission withdrawn and may also face prosecution.
Applicants are equally advised to beware of fraudsters, as Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) will not be responsible for any transaction conducted with unauthorized persons or admission agents.
