The Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) has released the cut-off marks for the 2026/2027 academic session for candidates seeking admission into its various undergraduate programmes.

The institution has published different cut-off marks for Merit and candidates from Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti and Lagos States.

The released figures are expected to guide candidates in assessing their chances of admission into their preferred programmes as the University proceeds with the 2026/2027 admission exercise.

According to the released admission cut-off marks, candidates must meet the applicable cut-off mark for their programme and category.

FUHSI 2026/2027 Cut-Off Mark for MBBS

Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) has the highest cut-off mark among the programmes listed by the University.

The cut-off marks are:

  • Merit: 81.3%
  • Osun: 80.3%
  • Oyo: 79.7%
  • Ondo: 79.8%
  • Ogun: 76.1%
  • Ekiti: 79.4%
  • Lagos: 72.2%

Candidates who applied for MBBS should therefore compare their screening aggregate with the applicable cut-off mark for their category.

FUHSI Cut-Off Mark for Nursing Science

For Nursing Science, the released cut-off marks are:

  • Merit: 75.4%
  • Osun: 73.7%
  • Oyo: 71.9%
  • Ondo: 74.5%
  • Ogun: 73.0%
  • Ekiti: 71.3%
  • Lagos: 70.3%

FUHSI Medical Laboratory Science Cut-Off Mark

Candidates who applied for Medical Laboratory Science are required to meet the following cut-off marks:

  • Merit: 72.2%
  • Osun: 71.4%
  • Oyo: 70.8%
  • Ondo: 69.4%
  • Ogun: 70.8%
  • Ekiti: 70.1%
  • Lagos: 67.6%

FUHSI Doctor of Physiotherapy Cut-Off Mark

The cut-off marks for Doctor of Physiotherapy are:

  • Merit: 73.3%
  • Osun: 73.3%
  • Oyo: 71.9%
  • Ondo: 69.7%
  • Ogun: 71.4%
  • Ekiti: 68.0%
  • Lagos: 68.2%

FUHSI Audiology Cut-Off Mark

For Audiology, the released figures are:

  • Merit: 65.5%
  • Osun: 65.1%
  • Oyo: 65.1%
  • Ondo: 63.2%
  • Ogun: 62.5%
  • Ekiti: 64.3%
  • Lagos: 61.4%

Other FUHSI 2026/2027 Cut-Off Marks

The University also released cut-off marks for Biochemistry, Information Technology and Health Informatics, Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Environmental Health Science and Pharmacology.

Notably, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Biotechnology and Molecular Biology have a 50.0% cut-off mark across all listed categories.

What Candidates Should Know

Candidates should note that meeting the published cut-off mark does not necessarily mean that admission has been automatically offered. Admission remains subject to the University’s admission process and other applicable requirements.
