KINGSLEY OZUMBA MBADIWE UNIVERSITY (KOMU) ANNOUNCES SUPPLEMENTARY POST-UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University (KOMU), Ideato, Imo State, has announced the commencement of registration for its 2026/2027 Supplementary Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) Screening Exercise.

According to the university, the supplementary admission registration will officially begin on Tuesday, 1st September, 2026, and is open to suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the institution.

Eligibility Requirements

The supplementary admission exercise is open to the following categories of candidates:

• Candidates who selected Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University (KOMU) as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 150.
• Eligible Direct Entry (DE) candidates seeking admission into the university.
• Candidates who did not initially choose KOMU as their first-choice institution but scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME. Such candidates are required to first carry out a Change of Institution to KOMU through the JAMB portal before completing their application.
