Igbinedion University Postgraduate General Admission Requirements.
1. A Candidate for Postgraduate Studies in Igbinedion University must have obtained at least five (5) credits in WASC, NECO, GCE (ordinary level or their equivalents) NOTE: A CREDIT PASS IN MATHS AND ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
2. Four credits at Ordinary level, Plus OND (not pass), NCE, IJMB or Advanced level passes or any other equivalent qualification.
A holder of a Pass (Degree/Diploma) is not qualified for admission into the postgraduate Programmes of the University. He/She must possess PGD to be considered for admission into the Masters Programmes.
3. A candidate applying for the Ph.D in any Programmes of Igbinedion University must have obtained a minimum weighted average score of 60% in the Master’s degree.
4. Only students who have the NYSC discharge, exemption or exclusion Certificate can be allowed to clear into the different courses.

2. Click “New Applicants” to create an application profile and upon completion, an “Application Number” will be generated and sent to your email address. Ensure to use a valid email address and phone number by which you can be contacted if required.
3. Kindly Login with the “Application Number” to proceed with your application.
4. You will be prompted to make payment online.

Note: Payment is to be strictly made via (I) Online Payment OR (II) Print Payment Invoice to pay at any of the commercial banks
Once payment status is verified, you will be required to update your profile and Upload a passport with a red background.
Upon completion, click on “Application Slip” to print out your Application Slip containing Examination details and summary of your application.
