Are you planning to study at Lagos State University of Education (LASUED)? If you wrote the 2025 UTME or applied through Direct Entry and chose LASUED as your first choice, this is very important information for you!
The management of LASUED has announced the start of the online registration for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise. This process helps the school choose students for admission into its many undergraduate programmes.

All applicants must go online to the official university website
You will find full details there on how to register and pay. All your credentials (like your O’Level result, UTME result, and personal information) must be uploaded online during registration.
1. 🎓 Who Can Apply?
Not everyone can apply. There are certain conditions you must meet. Here are the rules:

UTME Candidates:

You must have selected LASUED as your First Choice during JAMB registration.

You must have scored at least 170 in the 2025 UTME.
-
You must have the correct O’Level subjects as required in the JAMB brochure.
-
You must have uploaded your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS on or before 24th August, 2025.
-
You must be at least 16 years old by 31st October, 2025.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:

You must have selected LASUED as First Choice in your Direct Entry application.

You must hold a relevant NCE, ND, or Diploma result.

You must also upload all necessary documents and submit a copy of your DE screening report and result notification to the Admissions Office.

2. 📄 Required Documents and Qualifications
Before applying, make sure you have all the necessary documents. You must have:

A minimum of five (5) credit passes in your WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or NBAIS results.
-
Credits should include English Language and Mathematics, and must be obtained in not more than two sittings.

A valid JAMB result (UTME or DE) that meets the score and subject requirements.

All Direct Entry (DE) candidates should note that after submitting the online form, you must:

Submit one copy of it along with a notification of your result (NCE, ND, or Diploma) to the Admissions Office of LASUED for further processing.
