SA’ADU ZUNGUR UNIVERSITY, GADAU (SAZUG) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

Sa’adu Zungur University, Bauchi State (Office of the Registrar, Admission Division) has officially announced its 2026/2027 Post-UTME & Direct Entry Online Screening Exercise. The university is inviting eligible candidates who wish to be admitted for the upcoming academic session to participate in the online screening registration.

Below are the detailed guidelines regarding eligibility criteria, important notices, application steps, and crucial safety cautions.

Eligibility Criteria

UTME First Choice Candidates: Candidates who chose Sa’adu Zungur University, Bauchi State as their first choice in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored the required minimum pass mark of 150 are eligible to apply.

UTME Non-First Choice Candidates: Candidates who did not initially choose SAZU as their first choice university but scored the eligible pass mark of 150 can also apply, provided they visit a JAMB CBT Center to make a change of institution.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: Direct Entry candidates must hold an OND, HND, First Degree, or ‘A’ level qualifications in relevant disciplines and subjects.

Important Notices

Commencement Date: Online Screening Registration starts on Monday, 1st June, 2026.

Institutional Changes: Open for Change of course or Change of institution into Sa’adu Zungur University, Bauchi State.

Result Uploads: Compulsory upload of O’level results (and ‘A’ level results for Direct Entry candidates) on the JAMB CAPS portal.

Mandatory Registration: Candidates who do not register online will not be allowed to participate in the screening exercise.

Simple Steps to Apply

Application Portal: Visit OFFICIAL APPLICATION PORTAL

1. Account Activation

Click on New Application.

Enter your name and a valid phone number (ensure this is your personal phone number, as it will be used for subsequent communications with you).

You will be redirected to the login page.

2. Login

Use your phone number (the one entered during activation) as your Username as well as your Password.

A successful login will take you to the welcome page.

3. Payment

Confirm your information on the page and proceed to select a payment method.

Complete the process by paying a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000.

Caution & Security Warning

Admissions are Not for Sale: Report any demand for unauthorized payments or bribes to appropriate authorities for criminal prosecution.

Fraudulent Payments: The University will not be held liable for any fraudulent payment made anywhere that contradicts the directives of the University.

Registration Accuracy: The University will not be liable for any payment made using a wrong JAMB registration number.
