PLATEAU STATE UNIVERSITY RELEASES ADMISSION LIST ON JAMB CAPS FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The Plateau State University (PLASU) has released its admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session.

All candidates who participated in the university’s 2026/2027 admission screening exercise can now proceed to check their admission status to know if they have been offered provisional admission.

The admission list has been uploaded online through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

HOW TO CHECK PLATEAU STATE UNIVERSITY ADMISSION STATUS ON JAMB CAPS

Candidates are advised to follow the steps below to check their admission status:

1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal:
   JAMB e-Facility Portal
2. Log in using your registered email address and password.
3. Click on “Check Admission Status.”
4. Click on “Access my CAPS.”
5. Select “Admission Status” to view your admission status.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE OFFERED ADMISSION

Candidates who have been offered admission are expected to accept or reject the offer.

To accept or reject the admission, send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number registered with JAMB.

Candidates who see “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted” should not panic. They are advised to keep checking their JAMB CAPS regularly, as their admission status may still be updated.

Candidates are advised to check their admission status directly through the JAMB CAPS portal and ensure that they take the necessary action once an admission offer is received.
