NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY KANO EXTENDS POST-UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION

The management of Northwest University Kano (NWUK) has announced an extension of the registration deadline for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise.

According to the university, the registration exercise, which was earlier scheduled to close before the end of August, will now remain open until Sunday, 6th September, 2026.

The extension is aimed at giving prospective candidates who are yet to complete their Post-UTME or Direct Entry registration another opportunity to do so. It also provides sufficient time for applicants who wish to process a Change of Course before the admission exercise closes.

The university urged all eligible candidates who have not completed their registration to take advantage of the extension and finalize their applications within the stipulated period.

Prospective students are encouraged to register early to avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure they meet all admission requirements for the 2026/2027 academic session.
