JOSEPH SARWUAN TARKA UNIVERSITY, MAKURDI RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform all prospective UTME/Direct Entry candidates who chose Joseph Tarka University, Makurdi, as their first choice in the 2025/2026 UTME and scored 150 and above, as well as those wishing to apply to the University, that the Post UTME Screening Application Form is available, and the registration portal opens from Monday, 14th July, 2025 and closes Monday, 28th July, 2025.

Admission Requirements;

1. Only Candidates who scored 150 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are qualified to apply.

2. Five (5) O’Level Credits (including Mathematics and English Language) at not more than two (2) sittings.

3. Payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, (Bank/service charges excluded)

Procedure for Payment/ Options

Generate your RRR number

a. Go to the University website (www.uam.edu.ng) ONLY (not Remita website) or a Bank Branch to generate your RRR number.

h. After generating your RRR from the University website ONLY, choose any of the three payment options below to proceed with payment.

Candidates are required to provide correct information about their Candidature on the University portal and make a printout of the online Application Form from the University website.

Candidates are also advised to check the University portal for details on the commencement of the Post UTME Screening Exercise.

NOTE:

Both UTME and Direct Entry candidates are to upload their ‘O” Level Result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc) onto JAMB CAPS (website)at the nearest JAMB Office or any JAMB Accredited CBT Centre without which such candidates would not be considered for admission.
