Admission Requirements

​Prospective applicants should meet the following criteria:

​O’Level Credits: A minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) obtained in no more than two sittings via WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.

​Special Provision: Candidates who are currently awaiting results or those who lack credits in Mathematics or English are eligible to apply. The programme allows students to remedy these specific deficiencies while undergoing their IJMBE studies.

​Where to Purchase: Forms are available for physical collection at the Bursary Department, located within the main campus of Akawe Torkula Polytechnic, Makurdi.

​Application Fee: The form is priced at a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Naira (N3,800) only.
