Tertiary institutions across Nigeria have officially submitted their approved cut-off marks for the 2026 admission exercise to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

The submission followed the conclusion of the 2026 JAMB Policy Meeting, where admission guidelines and minimum benchmarks for universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and other tertiary institutions were discussed and finalized.

With this development, institutions are now expected to commence the admission screening and selection process in line with their approved cut-off marks and admission policies.

The approved cut-off marks will serve as the minimum scores required for candidates seeking admission into various institutions and programmes for the 2026 academic session.

Candidates are advised to regularly monitor official announcements from their preferred institutions for details regarding post-UTME screening, departmental requirements, and admission procedures.
