FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES, ENUGU (FUAHSE) RELEASES POST-UTME/DE ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Application are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Federal University of Allied Health Sciences (FUAHSE) 2025/2026 Admission through UTME (100 Level) and Direct Entry. This application process commences 19th July, 2025 and closes 19th August, 2025. UTME candidates must have a minimum score of 150 in the 2025 JAMB examination. Direct Entry candidates must be holders of ND/HND/First Degree and O ‘Level Credit in relevant disciplines.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Candidates who did not choose FUAHSE as first choice University but scored a minimum of 150 can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of institution.

2. Mode of Payment and Registration Procedure

Eligible candidates for UTME should pay a non-refundable sum of Two thousand naira (N2000.00) only while Candidates for direct entry should purchase the direct entry form with a non-refundable sum of thirty thousand naira (₦30,000.00) only, via the University portal

To register, follow the steps outlined below:

a. Visit the University website: https://eportal.fuahse.edu.ng

b. Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR)-

c. Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.

d. Return to the University portal again.

e. Click on apply to complete your application form.

f. Correctly enter O’Level results.

1. Confirm information you entered. h. Submit your application.

L.Print out your acknowledgement slip.

J. Await further communication from the University.

Candidates who complete the above-stated registration process will be allowed access to a link through which they can upload their O “Level credentials for screening.

3. Nature of the Screening Exercise

The 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise shall be based on verified JAMB scores and WAEC/GCE/NECO uploaded on JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

4. Important Notices:

a. You must enter a valid mobile number and e-mail address for further communications.

b. You must uplond your O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL, NOT LATER THAN August 19th, 2025.

c. Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Exercise.

d. ONLY candidates who successfully submitted applications online would be considered for admission.

e. Candidate must be 16 years and above.

It is the candidate’s responsibility to regularize with JAMB if need be.

f. FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to 4a & 4b

Kindly ensure that your academic transcript reaches The Registrar, Federal University of Alied Health Sciences, Enugu NOT LATER THAN August 19th, 2025.
