UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS (UNILAG) RELEASES INTER & INTRA FACULTY TRANSFER FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION.

Members of the university community and interested students are hereby notified that the sale of Inter & Intra Faculty Transfer Application Forms for the 2025/2026 Academic Session will commence on Monday, July 21, 2025 and end on Friday, August 8, 2025.

The procedure for the process of transfer(sale and submission of application forms) is as follows:

ELIGIBILITY FOR TRANSFER

Candidates for transfer:

Must present their results showing their current CGPA.

Must have obtained a CGPA of not less than 1.00.

Must possess the pre-requisite ORDINARY/ADVANCED level subjects for admission into the intended programme; and

Must have successfully completed minimum of 200 level by the end of 2024/2025 academic session.

PROCEDURE:

Candidates must read the guidelines (Eligibility for Transfer and Permissible Areas of Transfer) to ensure he/she qualifies for transfer before obtaining the form.

If qualified, candidates should:

Log on to their portal on the University website section of the Portal,

Complete the listed fields on the preliminary form,

Generate and print the Inter/Intra Faculty Form Payment Advice containing Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number then proceed to any commercial bank to pay the sum of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20, 000:00).

3. Candidates must re-visit his or her portal on the University website to print the Inter/Intra Faculty Form.

4. Candidates are to:

Attach his/her O’Level or A’Level results and Statement of Result to the completed form duly signed by the current H.O.D. and Dean, as well as the proposed H.O.D. and Dean, and

Submit the completed form and attachments (four copies) to Academic Affairs, 6th Floor, Senate House, UNILAG on or before Friday, August 15, 2025.

Students are strongly advised to ensure their eligibility and strictly adhere to the procedure as given above.
