UNIVERSITY OF DELTA (UNIDEL) ISSUES NOTICE TO STUDENTS ON FINAL EXTENSION AND DEFINITIVE CLOSURE OF THE STUDENT REGISTRATION PORTAL

This is it to inform all students of the University of Delta (UNIDEL) that following a review of the earlier Senate-approved academic calendar and in consideration of the current administrative requirements, the Management of the University of Delta hereby issues this formal notice regarding the closure of the registration portal.

​Please be informed that the initial schedule for the closure of the portal for student registration faced technical delays. This was primarily due to the necessary amendment of results, which required administrative oversight before further registrations could be processed.

​In a bid to ensure that no student is unfairly disadvantaged by these adjustments, Management has graciously approved a final window for all registration formalities.

​New Deadline for Registration

​The University portal will now remain open and accessible until midnight on Friday, 24th April 2026. This extension applies to all categories of students—both fresh and returning—who are yet to complete their course registrations and fee payments for the current session.

​Critical Consequences of Non-Compliance

​Students are strongly urged to utilize this grace period to finalize all pending registration requirements. It is important to note the following:

​Finality of Deadline: Once the portal closes at midnight on the specified date, no further extensions will be granted.

​Status of Unregistered Students: Any student who fails to complete their registration by the 24th of April, 2026, will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the University for the academic session.

​Academic Records: Failure to register implies that the student is not recognized as a bonafide member of the University community for this period, and any academic activities undertaken will be null and void.

​Management expects all students to act with the necessary urgency to secure their studentship and avoid the severe academic consequences of withdrawal.
