University of Benin (UNIBEN) Professional Diploma Programmes Admission Form for 2020/2021 Academic Session Now on Sale

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for admission into the following professional diploma programmes run by the University of Benin (UNIBEN) Institute of Public Administration and Extension Services (IPAES).

1. Diploma in Health Administration and Management (DHAM)
2. Diploma in Nursing Administration and Management (DNAM)

UNIBEN Professional Diploma Programmes Admission Requirements.

(A) DIPLOMA IN HEALTH ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT (DHAM)
Duration: One-Year.
Candidates seeking admission into this programme should possess any of the following qualifications:

• A University degree in Medicine, Nursing, Hospital Administration or any of the Medical Sciences.
• Professional Certificates in Nursing: Nigeria Registered Nurse (NRN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Midwife: State Registered Midwife (SRM), Registered Midwife (RM), in addition to at least, five (5) years experience in health care organizations.
• A professional qualification in Hospital/Health Administration or Public Health.

(B) DIPLOMA IN NURSING ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT (DNAM)
Duration: One-Year.
Candidates seeking admission into this programme should possess any of the following qualifications:

• Registered Professional Certificates in Nursing: Nigeria Registered Nurse (NRN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Midwife: State Registered Midwife (SRM), Registered Midwife (RM) in addition to at least, five (5) years post qualification experience.
• University degree in Nursing.

• Click on “start a new application”, read the instruction and click on “continue”.
• Fill in your personal data and select “programme type” Faculty, department and programme for both first and second choice course.
• Click on “pay withcard” to make application fee payment of Twelve thousand five hundred naira with either visa or master card on Remita.
• Application number will be generated after a successful payment and Reference Number will be sent to the specified and functional “Email Address”. After completing and submission of form, print the online form, Application form and referee forms,
