UNIVERSITY OF ABUJA [UNIABUJA] RELEASES PROPOSED SCHEDULE FOR 2026/2027 UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION EXERCISE

The Admissions Committee of the University of Abuja (now Yakubu Gowon University) has released the proposed timetable for the 2026/2027 undergraduate admission exercise.

According to the admission schedule, the 2026/2027 admission process will commence with the Post-UTME screening exercise on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, while the admission exercise is expected to be concluded with the Catchment/ELDS admission by Wednesday, 30th September, 2026.

Thursday, 27th August – Thursday, 3rd September, 2026

– Merit Admission

Thursday, 3rd September – Thursday, 10th September, 2026

– Catchment/ELDS Admission

Friday, 11th September – Wednesday, 30th September, 2026
