Shehu Sule College of Nursing Sciences, Damaturu – Admission Form 2025/2026

The management of Shehu Sule College of Nursing Sciences, Damaturu, Yobe State, wishes to inform the general public that applications are now open for admission into the following programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session:

🩺 National Diploma (ND) in Nursing

👩‍⚕️ Community Nursing

👶 Community Midwifery

📝 Entry Requirements & Application Process

🔹 National Diploma (ND) in Nursing

1. Applicants must have sat for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 180.

2. The UTME subject combination must include:

English Language

Chemistry

Physics

Biology

3. Candidates must possess five (5) credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO or NABTEB at not more than two sittings.

Credits must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Please note: NABTEB results cannot be combined with WAEC/NECO results (it stands alone).

4. Applicants must be at least 16 years old as of January 2025.

5. Candidates are required to complete the Post-UTME online screening form between Monday, 29th August 2025 and Friday, 12th September 2025.

6. To apply, candidates must generate a REMITA invoice and pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 only for the Post-UTME screening via the College portal.

🔹 Community Nursing & Community Midwifery

1. Applicants must possess five (5) credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO or NABTEB at not more than two sittings.

Required subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

2. Candidates must generate a REMITA invoice and pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦7,500 only via the College portal.

3. The application window runs from 29th August to 12th September 2025.
