Congratulations to all the newly admitted students of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa! You have worked hard to gain your admission, and now it is time to officially join the university community.

The university management has scheduled the 15th Matriculation Ceremony to formally welcome the 100 Level and Direct Entry (DE) students for the 2025/2026 academic session. This ceremony is your official “induction” into the world of science and technology.

What Exactly is Matriculation?

Think of matriculation as a “Signing Day.” It is the moment the University writes your name in their official “Big Book” of students. By taking the matriculation oath, you are making a promise to:

Until you participate in this ceremony and sign the register, you are just a “candidate.” After the ceremony, you are a Bonafide Student!
