This is to inform SIWES Students that while they are awaiting the arrival of their University Supervisors, they are to kindly download form A and ITF form 8 between now till Friday 20 August, 2021 and give it to their industrial-based supervisors for their grading and the forms must be duly signed and handover to the University Supervisor(s) whenever they are around.

Note, no student is allowed to bring the form(s) to School unless another instruction otherwise coming from SIWES Unit.
