The University Management issues this critical directive to all students regarding the completion of financial obligations and academic registration for the First Semester, 2025/2026 Academic Session. Failure to finalize these processes within the stipulated timeframe will result in severe academic consequences that may affect your standing within the institution.

I. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Every student is required to complete the following two-step process to be recognized as a bona fide student for the current semester:

1. School Fee Payment: All prescribed institutional charges and tuition must be paid in full through the approved payment channels.

2. Course Registration: Following payment, students must log into the portal to select and register their respective courses for the semester.

   Note: Payment without course registration is incomplete. Both steps must be finalized for your results to be processed.

II. CRITICAL DEADLINE AND PORTAL CLOSURE

The registration portal is programmed to close automatically. No extensions will be granted beyond the following time:

• Closing Date: Tuesday, April 14th, 2026

• Closing Time: 12:00 Midnight Prompt

III. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Students who fail to meet this deadline should be aware of the following strictly enforced penalty:

• Non-Processing of Results: Any student who has not paid fees and registered their courses will not be processed for results for the first semester.

• Examination Ineligibility: Participation in assessments or final examinations without valid registration is a violation of university regulations.

• Administrative Record Gaps: Failure to register may lead to a loss of your student status for the semester, requiring a formal application for suspension of studies.

IV. ACTION REQUIRED BY STUDENTS

• Verify Status: Log in to your student dashboard immediately to confirm that your “Payment Status” reads Paid and your “Course Form” is Submitted/Approved.

• Technical Support: If you encounter any challenges with the payment gateway or course selection, visit the ICT Directorate or the Bursary Department before the close of work on Friday, April 10th.

• Publicity: This notice should be widely shared across all departmental groups and social media platforms to ensure no student is left uninformed.
