OAU Architecture Cut-Off Mark 2026
Architecture has the highest Merit cut-off point in the Faculty of Environmental Design and Management, at 69.18.
For candidates from the Catchment Areas, the cut-off points are 67.18 for Osun, 66.80 for Oyo, 59.03 for Ondo, 65.28 for Ogun, 64.20 for Ekiti and 63.25 for Lagos.
The ELDS cut-off point for Architecture is 58.45.
Architecture therefore stands out as the most competitive programme in the faculty based on the published Merit cut-off points.
OAU Estate Management Cut-Off Mark
The Merit cut-off point for Estate Management is 52.13.
The published cut-off point for all listed Catchment Areas—Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Ekiti and Lagos—is 50.00. The ELDS cut-off point is also 50.00.
OAU Urban and Regional Planning Cut-Off Mark
For Urban and Regional Planning, the Merit cut-off point is 52.78.
The cut-off point for the listed Catchment Areas is 50.00, while the ELDS cut-off point is also 50.00.
Other OAU Environmental Design Programmes
The remaining programmes have Merit cut-off points close to the 50-point benchmark.
