NYSC Announces Timetable For 2020 Batch ‘B’ Stream 1B & Stream 2

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) management has released its official timetable for 2020 Batch ‘B’ Stream I B and Stream 2.

According to the timetable, Orientation course for 2020 Batch ‘B’ Stream I B will commence on Thursday 3rd December 2020, while 2020 Batch ‘B’ Stream 2 begins on Wednesday 25th, January 2021.

Below is the full breakdown of the NYSC timetable:

Batch ‘B’ 2020 Stream I A: begins on 10th November 2020.
Batch ‘B’ 2020 Stream I B: begins on 3rd December 2020.
Batch ‘B’ 2020 Stream II: Begins on 5th January 2021.

Below is the official statement regarding the timetable from the NYSC Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) department:

“It is with humility and gratitude for God Almighty that I present this brief from PRS Department in continuation of our preparations for the successful conduct of the forthcoming 2020 Batch ‘B’ Orientation course.

“2. Deployment of Prospective Corps Members

“PRS Department is working closely with the Corps Mobilization and ICT Department to finalise the distribution of corps members using the current camp capacity and other variables.

“3. Dates of 2020 Batch ‘B’ Orientation course:
The 2020 Batch ‘B’ Orientation course is scheduled for these Stream as follows;

STREAM I A

i. Commencement: Tuesday 10th November, 2020

ii. Registration: Tuesday 10 – Friday 13th November, 2020

iii. Cut-Off Date: Midnight Friday 13th November, 2020

iv. Swearing-in Ceremony: Monday 16th November, 2020.

v. Closing: Monday 30th November, 2020.

STREAM I B

i. Commencement: Tuesday 3rd December, 2020.

ii. Registration: Tuesday 3rd – Sunday 6th December, 2020.

iii. Cut-Off Date: Midnight Sunday 6th December, 2020.

iv. Closing: Tuesday 22nd December, 2020.

STREAM II

i. Commencement: Tuesday 5th January, 2021.

ii. Registration: Tuesday 5th – Friday 8th January, 2021.

iii. Cut-Off Date: Friday 8th January, 2021.

iv. Swearing-in Ceremony: Monday 11th January, 2021.

v. Closing: Wednesday 20th January, 2021.
