LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, OGBOMOSO (LAUTECH) RELEASES JUPEB ADMISSION FORM FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to the LAUTECH Joint  Universities Preliminary Examinations Board  (JUPEB) Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. The Programme is designed to prepare candidates for Direct Entry Admission to 200 Level Undergraduate Degree Programmes. At the end of the programme, candidates shall sit for the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) A’ Level examination in their three chosen subjects. Candidates will be prepared for the above examination in the following subject combinations:

ART SUBJECTS

• Government
• Literature in English
• Christian Religious Studies or
• Islamic Religious Studies

SCIENCE SUBJECTS

• Biology
• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• Physics

MANAGEMENT SCIENCE SUBJECTS

• Accounting
• Business Studies
• Economics

Please note that B. Tech. is a five-year programme while B.Sc., BLIS and B.A. are four-year programmes.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should possess five O’ Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB at not more than two sittings from English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science, Economics, Geography, Financial Accounting, Commerce, Government, Literature in English, Civic Education, History, Yoruba and Christian Religious Studies or Islamic Religious Studies.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. A prospective applicant is expected to proceed online to LAUTECH application page http://apply.lautech.edu.ng to make payment of Fifteen thousand Naira (N15, 000: 00) only for the application form using Interswitch enabled Debit Cards (ATM).

2. Each applicant is expected to carefully complete and submit the online application form. Any incomplete application form will not be processed.

3. Applicants should login to their account online to confirm payment and complete the online LAUTECH JUPEB application form, submit the online application form and print out a copy of the application confirmation slip.

4. Application opens on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 and closes on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. All completed online application forms with the required relevant documents should be submitted online to apply.lautech.edu.ng not later than Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

5. Entrance examination for successful applicants holds on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at venue(s) and time as may be indicated on applicants’ confirmation slips. Applicants are to note however, that the entrance examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT).
