This is to inform the University Community that at its 63rd Regular Meeting, Senate considered and approved the attached academic calendar for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

HARMATTAN SEMESTER 2025/2026

• Monday, 29th September-Saturday, 18th October 2025: Registration and Orientation
• Monday, 20th October 2025: Lectures Begin
• Sunday, 19th October 2025: End of Registration (Returning Students)
• Monday, 20th October – Saturday, 22nd November 2025: Late Registration (Returning Students)
• Friday, 31st October 2025:End of Registration (Fresh Students
• Thursday, 4th December 2025:Undergraduate Matriculation Day
• Monday, 15th Saturday, 20th December 2025: CA Week
• Monday, 22nd Tuesday, 23rd December 2025:Mid-Semester Break
• Saturday, 10th January 2026:Lectures End
• Monday, 12th Saturday, 17th January 2026: Revision Week
• Monday, 19th January Saturday, 14th February 2026 : Examinations

RAIN SEMESTER 2025/2026
