KANO STATE COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY (KASCOHSAT) OPENS ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL FOR THE 2026/2027 ADMISSION EXERCISE

The Management of the Kano State College of Health Sciences and Technology (KASCOHSAT) has officially announced the commencement of the online sales of application forms for admission into its constituent schools for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The admission exercise encompasses programmes across the School of Health Technology Kano, School of Hygiene Kano, and School of Health Technology Bebeji.

According to an official announcement signed by the Registrar, Auwalu M. Dagar, the application portal will open at midnight on Tuesday, 13th October 2026, and will officially close at midnight on Tuesday, 27th October 2026.

Prospective applicants can apply for diploma, certificate, and National Diploma (ND) programmes across the institution’s campuses:

* Diploma in Community Health (CHEW)

* Professional Diploma Health Information Management (PDHIM)

* Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)

* Pharmacy Technician (PT)

* Dental Surgery Technician (DST)

* Diploma in Health Education and Promotion

* Diploma in Dispensing Opticianry

* Diploma in Biomedical Engineering

* Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics

* ND Dental Health Technology

* ND Epidemiology & Disease Control Tech

ELIGIBILITY AND UTME REQUIREMENTS

Candidates applying for National Diploma (ND) programmes must meet specific entry requirements:

* Must have sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

* Must have scored 140 marks and above in the 2026 UTME.

* Must have indicated one of the schools under the college as their first choice institution on the JAMB portal.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

* Access Portal: Log on to the official application portal at https://Kascohsat.edu.ng starting midnight on Tuesday, 13th October 2026.

* Select Campus: Choose your preferred school under the college umbrella.

* Information Entry & Payment: Fill in the requisite personal and academic details, then proceed to make a non-refundable application fee payment of Five Thousand Three Hundred Naira (N5,300.00).

* Complete Profile: Upon successful payment validation, log in to complete the online application forms.

* Print Acknowledgment: Print out the final acknowledgment slip after submitting the application.

CBT EXAMINATION NOTICE

All applicants are explicitly notified that admission screening will involve Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations. Candidates are advised to monitor their registered email addresses and applicant dashboards regularly for screening schedules and further administrative directives.
